Kenshin carefully timed himself. As a punch arrived at a lower elevation, he jumped up, stepped on it, then gave another leap onto the roof of the carriage.

The carriage started moving just as Kazeshin followed Battousai onto the roof. He had the advantage, since he was more skilled at fist fighting than the Battousai, and there wasn't much room for the Hitokiri to swing his sword. Kazeshin attempted a multiple punching attack.

Kenshin fended off his punches with his sword awkwardly, pushing them to the side to avoid them hitting his face. At every chance he got, he stabbed one of his two swords through the roof of the carriage in hopes of cutting his target as well.

Kazeshin's eyes widened. I have to stop him now! He shifted position. "Renshikan: Mawashi Gari!" He performed a low roundhouse kick that would hit Kenshin if he ducked, side-dodged, or, if he tried to block, sweep him off the carriage.
(ooc: Kazeshin uses the same martial art style I do! XD)

Kenshin did the first thing he could think of; he slid off the carriage on his own. At least, this way, he would fall how he wanted to. However, his hand reached up and gripped the edge of the roof while his foot touched the step near the carriage door. He plunged another thrust, this time through the side.

There was blood splattering as his sword went into the man's arm. Kazeshin performed an axe kick down at Kenshin, from above, followed by several punches.

As Kazeshin went down, Kenshin went up. He flipped over to the other side and tried the door, jiggling the handle, only to find it locked. Pulling both his swords back, he plunged them through the wall again.

Kazeshin drew his swords. "Kazeshin Nitou Ryu! Tora Gari!" He performed two parallel slashes at Kenshin from above.

Kenshin balanced his foot on the step for a split second, letting go of the carriage. He quickly sheathed his swords, then grabbed Kazeshin's by the top, blunt part of the blade, pulling himself up to the carriage. He flipped over Kazeshin, drawing one of his swords again.

He held one blade downwards and the other one across his body. "Kazeshou Nitou Ryu: Jiten Kousa!" He lunged forwards on what little space he had on top of the carriage and then slashed out and up with the vertical sword and a wide sideways arc with the second.

Kenshin hopped onto the sideways blade, forcing it down into the roof, while the vertical blade earned him another cut across the other cheek. At this point, both cheeks were bleeding, but Kenshin didn't stop. He plunged his sword down through the roof, along with Kazeshin's.

Kazeshin dropped both swords and tried a last resort tackle to try and knock Kenshin off.

Kenshin staggered backwards slightly, trying to pull Kazeshin off of him. Meanwhile, he tried to cut a hole in the roof of the carriage with his free hand. "Get off me...!"

Kazeshin brought his tackle into a headlock and tried to drag Kenshin off the carriage, by hurling his bodyweight back, hoping to pull of the Hitokiri too.

Kenshin gritted his teeth. "If you keep doing this, you're going to fall off, too . . .!!" he said, trying to find a foothold.
