Hiko didn't know who any of them were, had never heard of this 'Shishio'. "Well, if you've come for a fight, you haven't a chance." He showed every bit of conceitedness in his voice.

Kenshin twitched slightly. Sojiro smiled. "No, I haven't come to fight this time," he said. Walking past them he said, "Though, I think we will see each other again." Kenshin watched as Sojiro left. "Strange child..." he said. "And why does he wear a sword?" Suddenly, Sojiro came running back. "Oro?" He ran past the group, still smiling, yet yelling, "Uh oh! It seems I've been caught!" A group of police appeared on the other end of the street. "Come back here! You're not following the sword-banning act!" they yelled. Kenshin looked down at his own belt, then at his master's sword. "We'd better not get caught in this either..."

Hiko shrugged. His own sword was quickly concealed in his cloak.

Kenshin dragged Kaoru and Hiko into the Kamiya dojo and closed the door. Sojiro turned back and smiled. "It looks like Mister Himura is running from the law as well." He jumped up onto a roof and was gone. Kenshin and Kaoru walked towards the dojo. "Are you coming, Master? Or would you prefer to stay outside?"

Hiko smirked. "I'll stay outside. Those officers are going to regret it if they try and arrest me." He had hated crowds but came down just to ensure his 'stupid pupil' was still fine. He also decided to taunt his pupil before he left.

"Suit yourself..." Kenshin said, turning and walking into the dojo after Kaoru. "So, Kaoru, how has Yahiko been doing?" "Still training, as usual."

Kurama waited for Kenshin and Kaoru to enter the dojo before he greeted Kaoru. He bowed in order to show respect towards her.
"A pleasure to meet you, Miss Kaoru. My name is Suichi Minamino, but you can call me Kurama." He started.

Hiko heard the new voice and entered the dojo. "And just who is this?"

"Yoroshiku," Kaoru said, bowing back to Shuichi. "And just who is this?" "Oh, Master, you decided to come in," Kenshin said. "This is the man that showed this one the way here. I'm afraid this one's memory isn't as sharp as it was!"

Hiko sighed. "So you're already starting to forget simple things while my memory remains sharp as it always did. I can even remember that time you ate those poisonous mushrooms and were vomiting for a week!"

Kenshin pouted slightly. "...it's not fair. It took me many years to forget that, that it did!" he grumbled.

Kurama chuckled at the samurai. "So you weren't as skillful as I thought, Samurai-san..."

"Perhaps not..." Kenshin said. He was still slightly worried about the strange child. 'That child wore a sword around his belt, yet he also wore a smile...' he thought.

Hiko smirked. "That's not all I can remember. I remember that you were still wetting the bed at ten. And..." He went on, listing several of the embarrasing things Kenshin had done while in training.

Steam rose from Kenshin's head as he glared at his master, unable to do anything. "You...stupid...master..." he growled, clenching his fists as if he wanted to swing at Hiko's face, his face red from embarrassment and anger.
