Yahiko came running in. "What is it Kaoru?" Zoro looked at the kid and sighed, then loked back over at dinner.

Kaoru pulled out a large stack of plates from a cupboard and dropped them into Yahiko's open hands. "Go set the table if you want dinner."

Yahiko walked off grumbling something about dinner probably not being worht the effort as he started setting the places.

Kaoru twitched. "Nandatou?! I feed you for free, don't I, ungrateful little brat!!" she yelled after Yahiko. "Taku..." She turned back to the dinner.
Kenshin started peeling again, slower this time.

Zoro sighed. "Call me when it's ready." He walked outside, and completely ignoring his injuries he started doing one finger pushups.

The doctor in question came out of the room in a foul temper. She was in an even worse mood when she saw what Zoro was doing. "WHAT ARE YOU THINKING YOU MORON! (I think you're even beating birdhead for stupidity)" Zoro looked at her. "I'm training, what does it look like?"

He was still doing the one finger pushups despite what Megumi was yelling at him. "I've had worse, and I'm still fine! What the hell's wrong with this!" Megumi then began yelling at what it was probably doing to his body.

Kaoru watched amused. "Wow, he's even more amusing than Sanosuke..." Just then, the tall, spiky-haired man walked into the kitchen, wearing his usual white outfit. "An' just whazzat supposed to mean?" he asked, raising a fist.

Sanosuke leaned against a stove. "Watch it; that's hot." But, too late. Sanosuke had already screamed out in pain, blowing at his burnt hand.
