Basically, this explains what each member group is authorized to do.
Administrators: Liable to do anything, they have a free pass on the site. Things only admins may do: ban members, ban IP addresses, etc.
Qualifications:
-over 200 posts
-member for more than 1 and a half months
-visits site at least every other day
-understands what the position means
-able to get around the site without any problems
Character Moderators: Liable to approved character profiles and are in charge of the character profiles board. They will also report inactive characters to the Admins so that they may delete the profiles. Character Moderators also check to make sure all characters are following the rules (i.e. remaining in 3 threads at most, having only two characters per account)
Qualifications:
-over 150 posts
-member for more than 1 month
-visits site at least every other day
-understands what the position means
-able to get around the site without any problems
Member Moderators: Liable to give warnings to members who are not following the rules. They will also check member profiles once in two months to make sure that all members are active. Along with the Character Moderators, Member Moderators will make sure that each account contains only one or two characters. Inactive members and members who are caught disobeying the rules will be reported by the Member Moderators to the Admins.

DO's and Do NOT's About Staff Positions
-Do NOT ask me to be an Admin, Character Mod, or Member Mod.
-DO try your hardest to make your best effort. This is how I will pick my staff members.
-Do NOT violate rules, even if you are an Admin. I can still ban you.
-DO play your role as a staff member if you become on.
-Do NOT cheat to meet the qualifications.
-DO work with me to make this site better.
