History: Once a great Chunin of Taki, now represents Taki in the village of Konaha. He is the ambassador for the two villages but is now an official Konaha Shinobi. When he was younger he was part of a three man team which was nearly killed in a C Ranked mission. He got his name Phoenix because during that mission he was able to tap into his Genkai Kekkei. "Forbidden Release: Angel Kharlan" He was able to kill ever Oto shinobi who were attacking them. From then on he was known as a force to be reckowned with, and raised to the rank of Chunin next formerly next in line to be Kage of Taki.

RP Sample (at least 100 words): Gotcha... Akurei released the sword and let it fall to the ground, once it did he caught it with his foot. The blade was flat on his foot and the moment he knew it was in contact he kicked it up in the air. He caught it quickly and blocked her attack, with his free hand he grabbed her wrist. He spun her so she was facing away from him and her arm was against her back. No if he applied enough pressure he would make her release the sword. "Checkmate..."
