"Thanks, Kaoru-san." Kurama said, returning the smile back to her. Seeing that the beef was already minced, he sauteed the ground beef.

Kenshin ducked into the room. "This one is back with the tofu," he said. He gave the tofu to Kaoru, then stood by. Kaoru started cooking the tofu.

The figure, Roronoa Zoro approached the dojo and stood in front of the door, letting out his sword 'ki', to allow the Battousai to know of his presence.

Kenshin almost dropped the tofu had Kaoru not caught it. "Kenshin! What are you doing?! You almost dropped the to-" Kenshin covered Kaoru's mouth with his hand. "Someone is here, that they are..." he said. He ducked back out of the kitchen and slid open the front door to see Zoro. "Is there...something this one can do for you?"

Zoro stood patiently as Kenshin opened the door. "I heard of a swordsman at this dojo. Himura Kenshin, previously known as Himura Battousai? The most skilled swordsman in Japan?"

Kenshin's eye twitched slightly at the word Battousai. "You are looking for this one?" he asked.

Hiko had made a bit of a mocking sncker at the term 'most skilled swordsman', but Zoro merely grinned. "You got a bit of time on your hands? I've come to duel you."

Kenshin closed his eyes halfway. "This one has stopped accepting challenges a long time ago..." he said, remembering the time Sanosuke had come to duel him as Zanza.

Zoro drew the Wadou Ichimounji. "My dream is to become the strongest swordsman in the world. I need to defeat every powerful swordsman to do that. So, to accomplish my dream... I have to fight you."

Kenshin shook his head. "This one does not wish to hold the title of the strongest swordsman," he said, resting his hand on the hilt of his sword.

Zoro still had his sword out. "Are you declining the challenge of a fellow swordsman!?"

Kenshin blinked slowly. "This one does not wish to fight unless it's absolutely necessary..."
//You know what I just realized? If Kenshin doesn't want to be known as the strongest swordsman, then why doesn't he just let someone win? o.O *thinks she knows the answer, but wants to find out for sure*//

(ooc: Because most of the swordsmen he fights would kill him if he let them win. Zanza, JinE, Cho, Shishio, etc. If he'd let them win then he'd be dead!)
Zoro glared. "Is this not a dojo? If it is, then don't you have an obligation to face any challenger, whoever he or she may be?"

//...oh yeah! ^^;//
Kenshin shifted his weight onto his other leg. "True, however this one does not own this dojo; Kaoru-dono does."

Zoro frowned. "Well, I suppose I could always challenge her instead. With real swords of course." He drew out his other two swords, putting the Wadou Ichimounji in his mouth. There had almost been a threat in what he'd said about challenging Kaoru.
