But before the strike fell, Kurama made his move. A single but swift slash in the air, and the demon appeared, body cleanly slashed in half. When Kurama's hand rested on his side, a leaf was shown between his fingers.

"Others come." And by cue, more demons appeared in the direction. Kurama then pulled out his trademark rose.

Melody looked at the rose then she herself. Pulled out her chain scythe and started to swing it. Her eyes forcse as she killed three demons in one move with her chain scythe. Blood went on her from the dead demons. She had caught the blood stain chain scythe.

Kazeshin raised his two Kodachi. "Blood hazed mist." He moved at the demons with such speed, yet somehow appeared to be moving slowly, as if being weighed down. He gave the illusion he was moving much slower than he actually was. Then he was upon the demons, his blades flashing with such speed it seemed like he was surrounded in a sphere around him. The demons blood sprayed up around him, literally becoming a 'blood hazed mist'

Melody looked at him. She had not known that a human could move like that. Demons went to attack her. She waitied until they were near her before she attacked them with her chain scythe. Blood once again covered her head to toe. It looked like Melody was some sort of murder. But she was not.

As the battle continued, Kurama transformed it into his rose whip. In a few seconds, all of the demons that came after them died.

Melody put her chain scythe away. She looked at the others. "Are you all okay?" She asked them as concern filled her voice.

Melody sighed a sign of relife. She had feared for the human more then Kurama. Seeing as she knew Kurama could take care of himself.

Melody smiled at Kuaram and nodded. "Okay I guess I don't it's just that he is human so I feel like I have to keep him safe. And yet I know your right" She had a small smile on her face as she satrted to walk again.
