Melody had a small smile on her face. She didn't reach for her weapon. She was going to use her powers. Even if she was not a good hit she knew it was enough to scare most away. And she hoped that she could scare this demon away. The demon came out to attack Melody as Melody made her hand glow blue. She then released her spirit blast at the demon only to have wounded it's arm and leg.

Almost as soon as she had made her attack, Kazeshin drew his Kodachi, assuming a one handed Seigan stance.

Melody looked at the demon. The demon got back up but ran away from them.

Kazeshin's eyes scanned the treeline for awhile before he finally gave a sigh and sat down under a tree adjacent from Melody.

Kurama nodded. "Take as much time as you like." Then, he sensed another demon spying under the foliage. He closed his eyes and flicked a pebble at it. "Let me take care of anything that may disturb us. As he whispered the word 'Shine' weeds sprouted from the demon, killing it in its process.
