After about an hour Zoro finally woke up. He got out of bed sleepily, and slid his three katana's into his belt.

Kurama also got ready for breakfast. From the bag he was carrying, he took out a new set of clothes: the yellow chinese clothing he used in the Dark Tournament. As he tied the sash across his midrib, he smelled the aroma of Kaoru's cooking.

Kenshin quietly snuck down the stairs. He passed by Zoro's room, peeked inside for a bit, then continued on his way. Downstairs in the kitchen, Kaoru shifted the pan, tossing up the food and catching it again before returning it to the stove. She stirred the tofu, peanuts, and ground beef, mixing in a brown sauce.

Zoro walked out into the hallway. "Which way's the kitchen again?"

Kenshin looked over his shoulder, then turned back around and started walking. "Follow me."

Kenshin walked into the kitchen. Kaoru turned. "Good morning, Kenshin!" she said, turning back around to continue chopping.

Kurama, finally deciding it was ready, went to the kitchen and saw Kenshin, Zoro and the others. "Good morning." he said as he entered the room.

Yahiko was obediently setting the table. Sanosuke sat by the entrance of the dojo, chewing on his usual fishbone. Kaoru continued cooking as Kenshin slipped a ribbon around his sleeves, tying them back. "Good morning," he replied as he walked over to help Kaoru.

After awhile, Zoro came back inside. He'd worked up a sweat anyways. He looked at Yahiko. "So, what are you, the girls' brother or something?"
